Location: Dublin (Hybrid, 2–3 days onsite)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €55,000 – €70,000 DOE + bonus + benefits

About the Role

My client is seeking a PMO Analyst to join its Dublin-based team. The successful candidate will support project and program delivery across technology, data, and business change initiatives.You’ll play a key role in project governance, reporting, and coordination to ensure complex projects are delivered efficiently, transparently, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Support project and program managers with planning, coordination, and delivery tracking.

• Maintain project schedules and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.

• Prepare and present regular project reports for senior stakeholders.

• Assist with project financials including forecasting, cost tracking, and budget reconciliation.

• Help manage project resource allocation and utilisation.

• Drive consistency in PMO processes and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and project control standards.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in a PMO, project coordination, or project analysis role — ideally within technology or consulting.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

• Experience with project management or ERP tools; hands-on NetSuite SuiteProjects experience is a distinct advantage.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

• Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
